Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • 0.25 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.

Add the unsweetened applesauce, pure vanilla extract, egg, and melted coconut oil to the mashed banana. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
