Ingredients

  • 130 grams Almond flour
  • 30 grams Coconut flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 60 ml Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 60 grams Butter, melted
  • 100 grams Erythritol sweetener
  • 35 grams Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 30 ml Coconut oil
  • 180 ml Warm water
  • 100 grams Unsweetened shredded coconut

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a square baking dish (20x20 cm) with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

Step 3

In another bowl, beat the eggs and add in the almond milk, vanilla extract, melted butter, and erythritol. Mix until well combined.

Step 4

Slowly fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. The batter should be smooth and free of lumps.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
