  • 1 medium Boiled potatoes (cubed)
  • 1 small Cucumber (finely chopped)
  • 1 small Green chili (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black salt
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 50 grams Puffed rice
  • 50 grams Sev
  • 0.25 teaspoon Hing (asafoetida, optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chickpeas, chopped tomatoes, red onion, boiled potatoes, cucumber, and green chili.

Add the freshly chopped coriander leaves to the mix.
