  • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 0 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 0 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
  • 0.25 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large saucepan.

Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent, about 5 minutes.
