  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.25 cups Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Dried mixed fruits (raisins, apricots, dates, etc.)
  • 0.5 cup Chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, or pecans)
  • 0.5 cups Milk or almond milk

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, combine whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
