Ingredients

  • 3 fillets Anchovy fillets
  • 1 yolk Egg yolk
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the bread slices into 1-inch cubes to make croutons.

Place the bread cubes onto a baking sheet, drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and toss to coat.
