  • 1.25 cups Warm water
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened applesauce
  • 0.5 cup Raisins
  • 0.25 cup Cornmeal
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, instant dry yeast, ground cinnamon, and salt.

Add warm water and unsweetened applesauce to the dry ingredients. Stir until a soft dough forms.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
