Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Fresh cilantro leaves and stems
  • 0.5 cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 2 medium Garlic cloves
  • 1 small Jalapeño, seeded and chopped
  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Wash the cilantro thoroughly to remove any dirt. Pat dry with a clean towel.

Step 2

In a blender or food processor, combine the cilantro leaves and some of the tender stems, along with the extra virgin olive oil.

Step 3

Add the lime juice, peeled garlic cloves, chopped jalapeño, Greek yogurt, salt, and black pepper to the blender.

Begin blending the mixture, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides.
