Ingredients

  • 120 ml Whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 7 grams Active dry yeast

  • 100 grams Sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
  • 0 Egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon of water)

Directions

Step 1

Warm the milk in a saucepan over low heat until it is just lukewarm (around 38°C/100°F).

In a large bowl, combine the warm milk and honey, then sprinkle the yeast over the mixture. Let it stand for about 5 minutes until foamy.

To the yeast mixture, add the flour and salt. Mix until combined.

Add the softened butter, one egg at a time, mixing each egg thoroughly before the next is added.
