Ingredients

  • 4 cups Corn Chex cereal
  • 4 cups Rice Chex cereal

  • 1 cup Sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine Corn Chex cereal, Rice Chex cereal, mini pretzel twists, roasted unsalted almonds, and roasted unsalted peanuts. Set aside.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the sugar-free chocolate chips and coconut oil.
