Ingredients

  • 300 grams Potato chips
  • 1 medium, finely chopped Onion
  • 1 medium, finely chopped Tomato
  • 1 finely chopped Green chili
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh coriander leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon, or to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Oil

Directions

Step 1

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the finely chopped onion to the pan and sauté until translucent, about 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

Add the finely chopped green chili to the onions and sauté for another minute.

Step 4

Add the chopped tomato to the pan and cook until they soften, around 2 minutes.

Step 5

Lower the heat and add cumin powder, chaat masala, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well to combine all the spices.

Step 6

Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool for a minute.

Step 7

In a large mixing bowl, add the potato chips.
