Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground chicken
  • 0.25 cup Almond flour
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 6 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 6 slices Sliced tomato
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Step 2

Shape the mixture into 6 small patties of equal size.

Step 3

Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties.

Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reads 165°F and they are golden brown.
