  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 50 ml ice-cold water

Directions

Step 1

1. Finely mince the garlic cloves and chop the fresh parsley.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork with minced garlic, smoked paprika, ground coriander, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, ground black pepper, and sea salt.
