Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until soft peaks form.

Gradually add the powdered erythritol to the egg whites, whisking until stiff peaks form.
