Ingredients

  • 500 g fresh blueberries
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 15 g cornstarch
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 75 g almond flour
  • 50 g chopped almonds
  • 75 g butter
  • 60 ml honey or agave nectar
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the fresh blueberries, lemon juice, vanilla extract, cornstarch, and half of the cinnamon. Mix well until the blueberries are evenly coated.

Spread the blueberry mixture evenly in a baking dish and set aside.

In another bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, chopped almonds, remaining cinnamon, and salt.
