Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 100 grams Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25 teaspoon Xanthan gum
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix until spices are evenly distributed throughout the meat.

Step 2

Divide the seasoned beef mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a round patty, about 2 cm thick.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef patties to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach the desired doneness. Remove the patties from the skillet and set aside, keeping them warm.
