Ingredients

  • 200 grams Almond flour
  • 100 grams Butter, unsalted and melted
  • 4 medium Ripe bananas
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 100 ml Coconut milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 30 grams Crushed walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil (for greasing)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 9-inch tart pan with coconut oil.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted butter, and salt. Mix until you have a dough-like consistency.

Step 3

Press the dough evenly into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared tart pan, making sure to form an even layer.

Step 4

Bake the crust for 10 minutes in the preheated oven until lightly golden. Remove and let it cool slightly.

In a blender or food processor, combine 3 ripe bananas, eggs, coconut milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
