Ingredients

  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 slices Whole grain bread slices

Directions

Step 1

Drain and rinse the canned white beans under cold water. Set aside.

Step 2

In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion to the saucepan and cook until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
