Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 slices Bacon slices
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil for cooking

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well to remove any lumps.

Step 2

In another bowl, whisk 2 eggs, then add almond milk and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.

Step 3

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and add it to the wet ingredients. Stir to integrate.

Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until you get a smooth batter.
