  • 0.5 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 8 ounces Water chestnuts, drained and diced
  • 4 Green onions, sliced
  • 0.5 cup Carrots, shredded
  • 12 Butter lettuce leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the ground chicken to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon.
