Ingredients

  • 250 grams Whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 100 grams Butter
  • 100 grams Erythritol sweetener
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 1 large Egg
  • 100 milliliters Milk
  • 50 grams Unsweetened applesauce
  • 150 grams Cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

In a separate large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the butter and erythritol together until light and fluffy.

Add the vanilla extract and egg to the butter mixture, beating well until the mixture is smooth.
