Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Almond milk
  • 0.5 cup Espresso or strong brewed coffee

  • 0.25 teaspoons Ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 0.25 teaspoons Almond extract (optional)
  • 1 teaspoons Stevia or erythritol sweetener

Directions

Step 1

Brew a strong cup of coffee or prepare espresso. You will need approximately half a cup for one serving.

Step 2

In a small saucepan, heat the almond milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling. Use a thermometer to ensure it does not exceed 150°F (65°C).

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and sweetener. If using, also stir in the almond extract for an extra almond flavor.
