  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup water (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing all your ingredients. Thoroughly wash the cilantro, parsley, and the green bell pepper. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.

Roughly chop the cilantro leaves and parsley leaves. Remove the stem, seeds, and membrane from the green bell pepper, then chop it into smaller pieces.
