  • 0.25 teaspoon Turmeric powder

Directions

Step 1

Start by washing the cucumbers, carrot, and red onion thoroughly under running water.

Peel the carrot and slice it into thin matchsticks. Alternatively, you can also grate the carrot for a finer texture.

Slice the cucumbers lengthwise and remove the seeds using a small spoon. Then, cut them into thin semi-circles.
