  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 2 small Green chilies
  • 1 inch piece Ginger
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander leaves

Directions

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.

Finely chop the tomato and coriander leaves. Slit the green chilies and grate the ginger.

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
