Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp hot horseradish
  • 1.5 cups Cooked roast beef, finely chopped or shredded
  • 2 pcs green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Step 3

Fold in the hot horseradish, chopped roast beef, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir until evenly incorporated.

Step 4

Add both shredded cheeses (Monterey Jack and Cheddar) to the mixture, reserving about 1/4 cup of each for topping. Mix well.

Step 5

Transfer the mixture to a medium-sized oven-safe baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Step 6

Sprinkle the reserved Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses on top.

Step 7

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the cheese on top is golden and slightly crispy.

Step 8

Remove the dish from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes before serving.

Step 9

Serve warm with toasted baguette slices, crackers, or fresh veggies on the side.
