  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices Thinly sliced ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 0.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cups Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound it to about 1/4 inch thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin.

Lay a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each flattened chicken breast, leaving a small margin along the edges.
