  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.

Stir in the minced garlic, diced carrots, celery, and red bell pepper. Cook for 5-6 minutes until the vegetables start to soften.
