  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm water, sugar, and instant dry yeast. Stir well and let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes until the yeast is foamy.

Add olive oil and salt to the yeast mixture. Gradually add the flour while mixing until a dough forms.
