  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 4 lime wedges
  • 0.5 cup cotija cheese, crumbled

Directions

Step 1

In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Step 2

Place the flank steak in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes up to 2 hours.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
