Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 4 pieces ice cubes

Directions

Step 1

Remove the tops of 1 cup of fresh strawberries and slice them in half.

Step 2

Peel the ripe banana and break it into chunks.

Step 3

Add the strawberries, banana chunks, 1 cup of Greek yogurt, and 1 cup of milk to a blender.

Step 4
