  • 500 grams Fresh strawberries
  • 100 grams Sugar
  • 225 grams Cream cheese, softened
  • 250 ml Whipping cream (heavy cream)
  • 150 ml Sweetened condensed milk
  • 150 grams Graham cracker crumbs
  • 75 grams Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

Wash, hull, and slice the fresh strawberries. Reserve half the strawberries for layering and mash the other half together with 50 grams of sugar. Set aside.

Step 2

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

Step 3

Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and beat until creamy and well combined.

Step 4

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.

In another small bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter and 50 grams of sugar until it resembles wet sand.

Line a standard loaf pan with plastic wrap, leaving overhang on the sides for easy removal later.
