  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 50 grams Sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash the strawberries thoroughly under running water. Remove the stems and slice them into halves or quarters, depending on their size.

Thinly slice the half red onion and add it to the bowl with the spinach.
