Directions

Step 1

Wash the strawberries thoroughly and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel. Reserve a few whole strawberries for garnish, then hull and slice the remaining strawberries into thin pieces.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat the mixture using a hand mixer or stand mixer until medium peaks form.
