  • 200 grams strawberry jam
  • 50 grams powdered sugar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, use a stand or handheld mixer to cream the unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the vanilla extract and the egg to the butter mixture, then mix until fully combined.
