  • 115 grams Unsalted butter (softened, for butter)
  • 60 grams Powdered sugar (for butter)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan, or line it with parchment paper.

Hull and finely chop the fresh strawberries (200 grams). Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar (150 grams) and melted butter (85 grams) until smooth.
