Ingredients

  • 200 grams Fresh strawberries
  • 250 ml Plain yogurt
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Hazelnut butter
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 4 pieces Ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped hazelnuts
  • 4 leaves Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Directions

Step 1

Wash and hull the fresh strawberries. Cut them into halves for easier blending.

Step 2

In a blender, combine the strawberries, plain yogurt, milk, hazelnut butter, honey, and ice cubes.

Step 3

Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if desired.
