Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 1 cup Snap peas
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 stalks Green onion
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Wash and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets.

Step 2

Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips and set aside.

Step 3

Peel and julienne the carrot into thin matchsticks.

Step 4

Rinse the snap peas and remove any strings.

Step 5

Mince the garlic cloves and grate the ginger.

Step 6

Slice the green onions into thin rounds, separating the white and green parts.

Step 7

In a small bowl, combine the oyster sauce and soy sauce. Mix well and set aside.
