Ingredients

  • 500 grams Pork tenderloin
  • 30 grams Fresh ginger, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 medium Carrot, julienned
  • 1 medium Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 2 stalks Green onions, sliced (optional, for garnish)
  • 4 cups Cooked rice (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick, and set aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, cornstarch, and water until well combined. Set the sauce aside.

Step 3

Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Once the oil is hot, add the pork strips. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until the pork is browned and cooked through. Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the sliced ginger and minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Return the cooked pork to the pan and pour in the prepared sauce. Stir well to coat all the ingredients evenly.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens and everything is heated through.

Season with ground black pepper to taste. If desired, garnish with sliced green onions.

Serve hot with cooked rice on the side, if preferred.
