Ingredients

  • 1 pound Chicken breast
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 Bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 Carrot, thinly sliced
  • 2 Scallions, sliced
  • 4 servings Rice or noodles, for serving

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and place them in a bowl.

Step 2

In a separate small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Pour this mixture over the chicken pieces and marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Step 4

Add the marinated chicken strips to the pan and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes, until fully cooked and lightly browned. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
