Ingredients

  • 300 grams beef sirloin
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 150 grams spinach
  • 200 grams egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 stalks scallions
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Thinly slice the beef sirloin into strips. In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Add the beef and marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Finely chop the garlic and grate the ginger. Slice the scallions into thin pieces, separating the white and green parts.

Step 3

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until seared and cooked through. Remove the beef from the wok and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix the remaining 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, water, and black pepper. Pour the sauce mixture into the wok and toss everything together to coat evenly.

Add the cooked noodles to the wok. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring the noodles are heated through and well combined with the beef and spinach.
