Ingredients

Directions

Step 1

Wash and trim the woody ends off the asparagus. Cut into 2-inch pieces.

Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth or paper towel, and slice them into thin, even pieces.

Mince the garlic and grate the fresh ginger.
