Ingredients

  • 3 medium zucchini
  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce

  • 2 stalks green onions

  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash the zucchinis thoroughly and trim the ends. Slice them into thin rounds, about 1/4 inch thick.

Step 2

Peel and mince the garlic. Grate or finely mince the ginger. Slice the green onions into thin rounds, separating the white and green parts.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.
