Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Carrot, sliced thin
  • 1 unit Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup Snow peas
  • 1 cup Baby corn
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the vegetables by washing them thoroughly. Cut the broccoli into florets and slice the carrot thinly into rounds. Slice the red bell pepper into strips.

Step 2

In a large wok or frying pan, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.

Step 3

Add the minced ginger and garlic to the pan and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 4

Increase the heat to high, add the broccoli florets, carrot slices, and red bell pepper to the pan. Stir continuously for about 3 minutes.

Step 5

Add the snow peas and baby corn to the pan and continue to stir-fry for another 3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
