Slice the sausage into bite-sized rounds and set aside.
Core and seed the red and yellow bell peppers, then slice them into thin strips.
Cut the zucchini into half-moon shapes, chop the broccoli florets into smaller pieces, and thinly slice the red onion.
Mince the garlic cloves and set them aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using) to make the sauce.
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
