Ingredients

  • 500 grams Pork tenderloin
  • 4 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 1 Green bell pepper
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 1 teaspoon White sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Trim any fat from the pork tenderloin and slice it into thin strips, about 1/4-inch thick.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and water. Stir well to create the sauce and set aside.

Step 3

In a separate small bowl, mix the cornstarch with 1 tablespoon of water to create a slurry.

Step 4

Mince the garlic and ginger. Slice the red and green bell peppers into thin strips, and chop the green onions into 1-inch pieces.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
