Ingredients

  • 1 large Red bell pepper
  • 1 large Yellow bell pepper
  • 1 large Green bell pepper
  • 2 medium Garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash all bell peppers thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Cut the bell peppers in half, remove the stems, seeds, and membranes, and slice them into thin strips about 1/4 inch wide.

Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves.
