  • 300 grams egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 100 grams broccoli florets
  • 2 stalks green onions, sliced
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain the noodles and rinse them under cold water to prevent sticking. Set aside.
