Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized bulbs Kohlrabi
  • 1 medium-sized Carrot
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Rice vinegar
  • 0.25 teaspoons Red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 stalks Green onion

Directions

Step 1

Peel the kohlrabi bulbs and slice them into thin matchstick-sized pieces. Do the same with the carrot.

Mince the garlic cloves and slice the green onions thinly. Set aside.

In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
