Ingredients

  • 500 grams Boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 pieces Green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and black pepper.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, and cornstarch. Set aside.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown and fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
